Affliction

Books rarely ever tell the whole truth. They lie they cheat and they still the attention away from real life problems, putting issues in the shadows of the mind of the people. In Affliction, however, you are exposed to what the real world is about once the innocence of a young child has been taken from her. Brittany was never a normal child. From age five, she had problems that she could not shake. She was not strong enough to handle the problems in her world so the world swallowed her whole. In both spirit and mind, she was drained and there was no coming back for her. Once a trust has been betrayed people seem to see what impurities the real world has. For most people this does not happen until adult hood, but for Brittany it happened much sooner then she thought it would. Therefore turning her life was a shipwreck. Through her trials, she learned the real concept, Love is a fantasy for the lucky, and pain was the curse for the unwanted. The question that still lingers is, What happens to the unwanted?. What you will come to find is that this is nothing but a reality check and example of how a person reacts to AFFLICTION.
