Everyone Knows Me but You

Autobiography spanning birth to pre-teen years, the middle child of five kids in a far from perfect family enviroment. The children's father owned and operated more than a dozen well known El Palacio Mexican Food restaurants, surviving and enjoying over three decades in the southeast. The years of success and popularity in the franchise took it's toll on the family. Chris' account of those years tell of the struggles and setbacks that few saw. An honest, humorous and intimate search for belonging and security in a child's otherwise years of innocence. This is the first in a series reflecting back on the life of a now 51 year old single father committed to his children as he searches for greener pastures outside the shark infested service industry, on the road as a stand up comedian and now as an Author sharing his eventful, challenging life.
