Harvey Hall is a family man, a business owner, a church deacon, a Little League coach and an upstanding member of the small North Carolina town of Frostville. He is tall, handsome and friendly. He is also a thief. Rainy O'Ryan is a woman with a tattoo of her profile on her shoulder. She likes to wear micro bikinis and long wigs.
