Summary: Vanessa Xanderlewski is a "new" divorcee, working in the ER, at Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, as the head nurse. She has 22 employees that she is responsible for. Her ex-husband Troy Xanderlewski is an abuse man. He has 500+ employees. She finds out later that he is also a Drug Lord and a very, very dangerous man. She can't believe, she didn't know the "Dark" side of him, the 14 years they were married. She is trying to raise and provide for her children but, one day, reality hits her and she realizes that nursing isn't enough. She needs a second job.
