Constitution Day

Constitution Day is observed on September 17, as the day in 1787 that delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in Philadelphia, my hometown, granting American citizens the outline for a new nation unlike any other in history. But neither you nor I were there to know exactly what happened and why. Let's go back to the very beginning of our country and find out why the Constitution is the second greatest living document America has access to.
