Sherlock Holmes and the Six Napoleons

Sherlock and Watson are called in to investigate a most unusual case. Napoleon sculptures are being destroyed all over town and the police haven't a clue why. Is someone angry at France? Is it obsession? Or perhaps there is a more sinister reason at hand.
