A Promise

From a small town in central Wisconsin, to the steamy climate of New Orleans, danger follows former police officer Anne Bradley as she seeks her elusive lover, who has made a promise to her. Ernest J Edwards, a low life who is trouble for any woman who crosses his path, is obsessed with Anne, too, but now that she has fallen in love with his brother, Mike, Ernie's obsession has turned into hate, and he will stop at nothing to prevent her from loving someone else.
