Beyond the Darkness: A Biography of Bede Griffiths

An authorised biography of one of the great mystics of the 20th century. Bede believed that the future of the world depended on the marriage of East and West and spent his life trying to transcend the divisions between religions. In the 1950s he founded a religious community in Southern India as an international centre for all ages and faiths.
