When Utkarsh Singh Raghuvanshee aka USR, meets with a horrific accident, everything seems to be over for him. But thankfully, destiny sends Kripa Thappar to his rescue. Their eyes meet and an unspoken connection gets formed between the two. She immediately rushes him to the hospital where she admits him in the I. C. U, after which she proceeds to the airport to catch her flight. She gets the shock of her life when she finds USR sitting next to her in the plane. As the puzzle unravels itself and mystery deepens over the next 240 hours, Kripa finds out the reason behind USR's dramatic 'recovery.'
