This book is one of the resultants of a series of studies to attempt to understand the greater world of conflict and its management among business organisations. There exists a dearth of literature directly dealing and pertaining to the field of conflict management in India . This book address the research gaps in theorising conflict management by exploring various theories, models and assumptions, thereby synchronising and presenting before the reader. Learned academicians and practitioners will certainly feel informed and substantially gained when and only when conflict management theories are presented in a synthesised manner.
