Surge of Power

The Berlin Wall has come down, and the once mighty Soviet Union has crumbled. Thepolitical map of the world is being re-drawn by the two surviving super-powers, the United States of America and Germany. To stop them, a graduate of the old communist secret police has been retained by new democratic forces in Europe to sabotage the evil expansion plans of the two madmen. He almost failsbut, after surrounding himself with democratic idealists willing to risk their lives to prevent the unthinkable from happening, he succeeds in bringing order back to a devasted world, just in time to ring in the new century.
