She finds herself taking a second seat to his ongoing 7 year relationship with the mother of Hollywood's only child, which is fine by her because Acacia is wise enough to know that she can't possibly satisfy all of Hollywoods needs. Plus, due to the fact that she has fallen for a man eight years her senior, Acacia knows that her father would never approve of their relationship while she is living under is roof and off of his dime. Although Hollywood as her heart, her mind, as well as her body, Acacia soon learns that he isn't the only man that can make her feel some type of way. Having to deal with her overbearing father, the betrayal of her friends, and the tangled web of sex, love, and survival, Acacia is forced to make grown woman decisions that could change for life for the good, just as well as the bad.
