The Simplicity of Worship a Guide to Earning Allah's Pleasure

Allah said: And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Lord, and for Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al-Muttaqun. The Prophet [?] also adds in this regeard: Abû Hurairah (Radhi-yallaahu 'anhu) reported: Messenger of Allâh (Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said, "Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. A man would be a believer in the morning and turn to disbelief in the evening, or he would be a believer in the evening and turn disbeliever in the morning, and would sell his Faith for earthly goods. This verse and Hadith encourages us to stick to good deeds. Allah created the Jinn and the mankind for His worship, alone, without any partners. As servants of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, we must strive to earn His Mercy, His Forgiveness, His Protection against evil, and ultimately a permanent residence in His Paradise. The Simplicity of Worship is a compilation of Quranic verses, authentic hadiths and narrations from the Salaf, which helps the Muslims gain Allah's Pleasure through simple acts of worship. This book serves as a manual for any Muslim in pursuit of everlasting happiness in the next life. It should be used as a reference guide for certain acts of worship, which can be done daily. I recommend that each Muslim chooses an act of worship that he can practice and perform daily, allowing it to become his norm. Then he can progress onto other acts of worship, until his entire day-to-day routine has these acts firmly rooted in his character. I ask Allah, the Most High, to accept this small effort of mine and to place it on my scale of good deeds for the next life.
