Reissue of this 2003 sophomore release from Currituck Co (AKA Kevin Barker, a singer/songwriter who has played with Devendra Banhart, Joanna Newsom, Vetiver and Antony And The Johnsons. Barker is prized by his contemporaries for his intricate fingerpicking skills. On one riotous occasion here he employs those talents on a squalling electric guitar, but most of the album pays homage to Barker's steel-string heroes, John Fahey and Bert Jansch.
